   REPAIRS, UPGRADES AND MODS

If you are the owner of a faulty pedal then drop us an email and we can discuss the repair options, repairs take time so we book them in to our workshop in advance.  We don't take shortcuts, we don't use cheap components from high street electrical shops, we have a background in electronics engineering (from 1992) so can fault find or tune mods accordingly - we are the UK experts.

If the pedal isn't listed then we would discuss the exact mod that you would like, check out our feedback page if unsure as to how we can help. The price list is the cost to mod your pedal, or please email us for an exact quote if what you want isn't on the list, don't forget that we wont copy a rival mod, but don't worry biggest isn't always best.

We advise that all pedals are sent to us via Recorded Delivery, or at the very least in a suitable padded card box to prevent damage in transit. We email you as soon as the pedal arrives and perform a detailed check to make sure it's in 100% working order. If a pedal is found to be seriously faulty  - abused, smashed etc - then it will be returned to the sender and no repair or mod will be performed. Most repairs are processed within 7 days, mods are turned around within four working days however you will be kept fully informed at every stage of the process, the pedal will be returned by regular 1st class or Recorded delivery (Special delivery add another £3.50) but we've never had one go missing as we use strong padded boxes.
