Return delivery charges:

The price list below does not include return postage, however 1st class return delivery for all Boss sized pedals is £3.50 to a mainland UK address, Wahs are £6.30 for standard 'small parcel' or £7.50 for 1st Class Recorded, please note that recorded items are NOT tracked, this service only provides evidence of a signature on delivery. If you want a fully tracked service then you must request Special Delivery at £7.50 for Boss size pedals. Standard delivery allows for a maximum compensation claim of £36.

Turn around times:

Most repairs and mods are completed well within a week, however Wah pedals usually take an extra couple of days, you will be advised of an approximate return date. To maintain a quality end-product we may have to decline requests during very busy times.

Payment

We current accept cheques on online (or in-branch) bank transfer. If you want to use the bank transfer method please ensure that you have the funds available to pay before sending the pedal, many pedals get processed within a couple of days and we don't have the space to store large numbers of unpaid for modded pedals! We generally request that the transfer is made on the day the pedal arrives with us.

Please email us for full details and delivery address, all mods must be booked in prior to sending as we have to limit the number that we can mod at any one time: modding is very time consuming, and detailed testing takes just as long.

TRUE BYPASS MAY BE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR IBANEZ PEDAL. Prices from £10 to £30 depending on whether or not the pedal requires re-housing in a new enclosure.
